Return Policy

Can I return my order? Yes, returns are possible. If you're dissatisfied with your items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  1. The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging.
  2. The product must show normal handling; damage due to mishandling is not covered.
  3. Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  4. Defective products must be identified immediately upon receipt.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days; confirmation of return eligibility is provided within this period.

We reserve the right to reject returns suspected of being used or damaged without fault of ours.

    • Customer address We will provide the return address upon contacting you. Do not return items to the sender; the correct address will be provided after contacting us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from transactions under the following conditions, provided they are natural persons not primarily engaged in commercial activities:

Right of Withdrawal You have 14 days from receipt of goods by you or a designated third party (excluding the carrier) to cancel the contract. Due to our automated order processing, refunds are not possible upon dispatch; please wait until receipt of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Noho Style) clearly (e.g., via email) of your decision. Withdrawal is completed upon our receipt of goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Transit Shipment Notice As goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times beyond our control may occur. If goods are en route, cancellation is not possible. Wait for receipt and then return. Notify us in advance of cancellation.

For prompt processing, confirm shipment with us.

Consequences of Withdrawal Upon withdrawal, we refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs (except additional costs for non-standard delivery chosen by you), within 14 days of notice and receipt of goods. Repayment method matches original transaction unless otherwise agreed; no fees apply.
